VoltPark ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information.

Information We Collect

• Location: With your permission, your location is sent to our service to find nearby charging stations and compare prices. Map and route features also use Apple MapKit.
• Purchase Data: Apple processes in-app payments. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts, transaction identifiers and app user identifiers to verify and restore your ad-free access. We do not receive your payment card details.
• Optional Tesla connection: If you link a Tesla account, our server stores encrypted authorization tokens and an app-generated device identifier. Vehicle information such as battery level, range, charging status and vehicle location may be retrieved and recorded to support this feature. You can remove the active connection in the app.

How We Use Data

To provide charging station search, price comparison, trip planning, and AI assistance features. Questions you submit to the AI assistant are sent to our server for processing by a hosted language model. Do not include sensitive personal information in questions.

Third-Party Services

We use RevenueCat for in-app purchases and Unity Ads for interstitial and optional rewarded video ads. Unity Ads processes advertising and device data under its privacy policy. Tracking permission is optional; you can change it in iOS Settings. Completed rewarded videos grant 15 minutes without automatic ads, stored on your device. Purchasing the ad-free version disables ads.

Data Retention

Active vehicle authorization records are stored until you disconnect the vehicle. Disconnecting removes the active connection; it does not automatically erase previously recorded vehicle telemetry. To request deletion of stored data, contact evren@idakim.net. Advertising and purchase service providers manage their records under their own privacy policies.
